Arman's Testimony

How the kindness of God's people led a young Iranian and his whole family to Christ.

A new life, a new song

Arman Nassim is a young Iranian who, like many young people in Iran, describes himself as never having been very religious. When his family moved to England, they were invited to church. At first Arman refused, but he agreed to come along to a church picnic — and there he was struck by the kindness and love he saw among the members.

It wasn't long before Arman gave his life to Christ, becoming the first in his family to do so. His sister followed, and then his mother and father. After his baptism, he believes God healed a finger that had been left crooked by a football injury, during a prayer service.

His whole personality began to change. Fear was replaced by confidence, he slept better, and he gained a positive outlook on life. A lover of music, Arman produced a music video about God's love which he shared with friends back in Iran. He dreams of studying music at university, and trusts God to direct his future.
